Planning Board Members
The Planning Board reviews proposals for the development or redevelopment of parcels located within the town taking into account the environmental, neighborhood, traffic, parking and other considerations. It reviews permits for subdivisions, site plans, freshwater wetlands and special uses. Planning Board Meetings are held on: the Fourth (4th) Thursday of the month at 7:00 P.M. at the Patriot Hills Senior and Community Center, 19 Clubhouse Lane, Stony Point.
(1st) Thursday of the month is the DEADLINE for all material to be submitted for that month's Planning Board Meeting.
(2nd) Thursday of the month is the TAC MEETING, held at Town Hall at 1:00 P.M. Minutes from our meetings can be found below.
